  1. We enjoyed the article in Active Aging and your blog. We retired and put 75,000 miles on our Monaco Windsor which we miss very much. My wife Marcia has Parkinson Disease and we had to quit traveling. Your blog reminds us of so many great people we met and wonderful places. It never failed when you pull in to a camp site and get out to hook up and the couple right next to us became our friends. That never happened to us when we stayed in a Hotel/Motel!! We will look forward to reading about your travels and enjoy from Wichita, Ks. Drive safe, Gary T.

Thanks, Gary. You’re right about making new friends. We lived in a Wichita campground for several months before we went on the road and made several friends with whom we’ll keep in touch. We wish you and your wife well.

I enjoyed reading your blog, and have decided to try one myself. I also like your haircut, and can relate to your blog about hairdressers!! I had my “last” haircut with my hairdresser, and it was very painful as I said goodbye. Keep up the blog, I love to read about people’s travels.

As a follower of your blog are we going to have to send out a search party for you. We haven’t seen anything after the 11th Jan. Hope everything is going OK.
